By signing above, you: (a) agree to donate your tax credit on donations to us by authorising TaxGift Limited as your agent, to: (i) prepare, sign and file a tax credit claim form with the Inland Revenue in respect of donations to us that includes a bank account for our benefit; and (ii) obtain information through all Inland Revenue media and communication channels (including electronic channels) to fulfil this; and (b) acknowledge that we both intend that the additional donation is a gift of money from you to us. You also warrant that you a) are a New Zealand tax resident b) are an individual (e.g. not a trust, company or other non-individual, and c) will let TaxGift know immediately by emailing [email protected] if this changes.
